When you’re here, the whole townhouse is yours! You’ll also have access to all amenities within the community! We provide the sports equipment listed above. Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.
Additional notes
Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via cash or card) at office.

**GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
**NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
**UPPER BUNK BED CAN ONLY HOLD 200 LBS or LESS PER THE MANUFACTURER, BEST USED BY CHILD OR TEENAGER.

☼ Guests are required to purchase wrist bands for $20 a piece and it will give you access to all of the neighborhood amenities, including 4 pools (1 heated pool), 1 hot tub, 1 kiddie pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Shuffleboard, and 18 hole Putt Putt.
Getting around
☼6 minute walk to the beach with beach access
☼6 minute drive to Pier Park
☼10-15 minute drive to Sunnyside, Inlet Beach and 30A
☼5 minute drive to grocery store
☼17 minute drive to NW Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)
☼ Guests have 2 free parking spaces. There are many spots just outside our unit, but all spaces are first-come.
