Unregistered quests and visitors not allowed
☼ Quiet time hours are 11pm-7am
☼ No drugs, smoking, vaping in home or on patio
☼Guests must follow HOA Rules and Guidelines
**GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
**UPPER BUNK BED CAN ONLY HOLD 200 LBS or LESS PER THE MANUFACTURER, BEST USED BY CHILD OR TEENAGER.
**Upon arrival, guests must purchase wristbands from the front office for anyone 5 years of age or older. They are $20 a piece.
Because we want this to be comfortable and relaxing for all community guests, failure to follow these rules could result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
